Every Klecksy piece is printed to order, just for you. That keeps waste low, and it shapes how returns work.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact us with your order number and we'll refund you in full. After 3 hours your piece is already being printed, so the order can't be cancelled.
Size exchanges
If the fit isn't right, we'll exchange it for another size of the same design. Ask within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like. Pieces for exchange should be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We'll replace it or refund you, at no extra cost.
What we can't take back
Because each piece is made for you, we don't offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. A size that doesn't fit can be exchanged instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
